The Work

Some projects are too big to tackle alone. Some have been on the list so long they've started to feel impossible. And some just need someone who knows how to take a complicated, overwhelming thing and turn it into a plan — then see that plan all the way through.

That's where we come in.

Happy Homes LA specializes in home and personal project management — the kind of work that takes real coordination, trusted vendors, and someone who shows up every step of the way. Full home moves, from the first purge to the last box unpacked. Space overhauls that build systems tailored to how you actually live. Pre-listing prep, vendor coordination, long-term projects that have been waiting for the right person to take the lead.

That person is Miranda. And she's ready when you are.

What We Do

Move Management Full-service coordination from first purge to last box unpacked — including vendor booking, donation and sale logistics, packing, and on-site management on move day.

Space Overhauls Closets, pantries, garages, home offices — rebuilt from scratch around how you actually live. Includes sourcing organizers, coordinating any installations, and systems that stick.

Pre-Listing & Home Transition Prep Getting a property market-ready or prepping for a major transition — decluttering, vendor coordination, styling support, and everything in between.

Vendor Coordination The right people, booked and managed. Handymen, cleaners, movers, organizers — Miranda handles the sourcing, scheduling, and follow-through so you don't have to.

Ongoing Project Management For bigger goals that unfold over time — a home refresh, a long-delayed overhaul, or anything that needs a steady hand and someone who shows up consistently.

What Can We Help With?

The move that's been "next month" for six months? Still not packed.

The closet that works against you every single morning? Still chaotic.

The garage, the pantry, the spare room that became a storage unit? Still waiting.

Now imagine handing all of it off to someone who actually loves this stuff. Someone who shows up, makes a plan, and sees it through — so you don't have to think about it again.

That's exactly what we do.

Our Time Together

Sarah & Tom Are Moving — and Not Losing Their Minds

Sarah and Tom have lived in their Pasadena home for eleven years. Two kids, a dog, and roughly eleven years worth of stuff. They finally found their next place and have six weeks to make the transition. The problem isn't excitement — they have plenty of that. It's everything else.

Miranda came in three weeks before move day. Together they made a plan, then worked it: purging and donating what no longer made sense, selling select pieces of furniture (Miranda handled all the messages and handoffs), booking and coordinating every vendor, and packing the house methodically so nothing got lost in the chaos.

On move day, Miranda was on-site from the first truck arrival to the last box in — directing movers, managing logistics, and making sure the new place felt like home before the end of the night.

Sarah texted that evening: "I don't know how you did that. I actually enjoyed move day."

Jessica's Closet (and Pantry, and Garage) Get a Real System

Jessica is organized — in her head. In practice, her primary closet is a place where good intentions go to die.

Her pantry has three open bags of the same pasta. Her garage hasn't been fully walkable since 2022. She doesn't need more storage. She needs a system built around how she actually lives.

Miranda spent time with Jessica before touching a single thing — asking how she gets dressed in the morning, how she cooks, what the garage is actually supposed to do. The answers shaped everything that came next.

Over two days, they moved through the closet, pantry, and garage together: making real decisions, letting go of what wasn't working, and building systems that are intuitive enough to maintain. Where hardware or installations were needed, Miranda coordinated it.

Three weeks later, Jessica sent a photo of her pantry. It still looked exactly the same as the day Miranda left.

That's the goal.
